Q1: What types of notebooks do you manufacture and export?
We specialize in a wide range of notebooks, including: Customize notebook, Planners, Spiral Bound Notebooks, Stitched/Bound Notebooks (Perfect for journals), Executive Notepads and scratch pad
Q2: Can I request custom printing or branding?
Yes, absolutely! Customization is our specialty. We can print your company logo, design, or specific branding on the covers and pages. We offer options for custom sizes, paper weights, cover materials, and interior layouts. Please contact us with your requirements for a custom quote.
Q3: What is the paper quality like?
We use high-quality, sustainably sourced paper that is suitable for writing with both pen and pencil without bleed-through. Standard paper weights are 70gsm and 80gsm, but we can accommodate other specifications for bulk orders.
Q4: What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ) for custom orders?
For customized products, the MOQ is 200-500 depending on the complexity of the design and materials. We are flexible and welcome discussions for new partnerships.
2. Orders & Payment Questions
Q5: How do I place an order?
The process is simple,
1.Send us your product list or custom requirements,
2.We will provide a detailed Proforma Invoice (PI) with prices, specifications.
3.You approve the PI and make the payment as per the terms.
4.Production & Shipping: We will begin production and keep you updated until your order is shipped.
Q6: What payment methods do you accept?
We mainly accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer/Bank Transfer), If there are other ways you prefer, we can discuss more.
Q7: What is your typical lead time?
For customized items: 20-35 days after final design approval.
3. Shipping & Delivery Questions
Q8: How do you ship orders?
We have professional cooperation shipping agent, The goods could shipping by express(like DHL, UPS, FEDEX), air+express, sea+express, Sea. If you have agent in our country, we can send it to your agent.
Q9: what are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the order volume, destination, and shipping method chosen. All costs will be transparently detailed in your Proforma Invoice before you make any payment.
Q10: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we highly encourage it! We can provide samples for a small fee plus shipping cost. This allows you to verify our quality firsthand.
Q11: Who is responsible for import duties and taxes?
This is based on what shipping way you choose, we will give suggestion when you plan to order.
4. Quality & Support Questions
Q13: What is your quality control process?
Quality is our priority. We have a strict QC process where every batch is inspected for defects in binding, printing, paper quality.
Q14: What if the products arrive damaged or have quality issues?
We ensure all products are packed securely to withstand long-distance shipping. In the rare event that items are damaged, please inform us in time and take some picture or videos to us. We will investigate and work towards a fair solution, which may include replacement or compensation.
